Dimitrios A. Parhas

At the beginning of his legal career, Dimitrios practiced in real estate transactions and bankruptcy, which has evolved to concentrate in civil litigation, insurance defense, subrogation, real estate, and various transaction matters including estate planning and leasing.

Dimitrios' practice includes the representation of businesses and individuals in lawsuits brought under premises liability, general tort litigation, trucking and auto accidents, construction injury, construction defect, and commercial litigation.  In addition, Dimitrios spends a large portion of his practice representing and working with not-for-profit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and Educare.  

 

Dimitrios is committed to working closely with his clients to find the most efficient, cost-effective, and favorable resolution to every case. He has a long track record of achieving positive results, including early dismissal, summary judgment, and obtaining favorable outcomes through arbitration, mediation, and trial.

 

In addition, Dimitrios is active in the local legal community and participates in events with the Kane County Bar Association, and volunteers for the Kane County Law Library - Lawyer in the Library and Administer Justice.
